MANAGEMENT

Thinesh Thayanithy is a former private wealth manager of a family office and served as the CEO for a large financial services company in the Middle East for 10 years. 

Thinesh has significant experience within the financial services and property area. 

Thinesh has been raising capital for the past 8 years for varying property investments and development projects ranging between £2m to £15m.

James

Real Estate Analyst

James graduated with Distinction from the London School of Economics and Yale University, where he obtained a Global MSc in Management.

Previously James worked in Business Assurance (Real Estate and Housing Association Team) at BDO.

James also holds a MSc in Finance from Durham University and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of Cape Town.

Ben Millensted

Real Estate Analyst

Ben’s career spans over 20 years in financial services working with large financial institutions, start-ups and businesses at the growth stage. Ben is an accomplished leader, experienced in business, operations, marketing and distribution.

Ben has knowledge of the financial and investment markets with experience in start-ups, raising capital, growth and development.

Ben manages investor partnerships and is based Dubai.

Ben holds the IMC (Investment Management Certificate) qualification

Lottie

Social Media and Content Coordinator

With a passion for all things Marketing and social media, she is excited to bring this enthusiasm to her work!

Lottie graduated from the University of the West of England where she was awarded a BSc and MSc in Marketing.

Ellie

Office Administrator

Passionate about Property Development and Interior Design, Ellie has led many personal projects and renovations in the past and is looking forward to making a positive impact on HCT Homes’ upcoming developments. 

Ellie will be heading the firm’s interior design service, Embelle. 

Ellie holds a BA in French and German from Swansea University, with a year abroad at The University of Toulouse-Jean Jaurès.
